LR Emulsifying Mixer (Homogenizer)

This machine is our newly developed product according to the technology from Germany. On the basis of Germany specialty technology, this mixer has the accurate date theory, unique design and manufacturing technology and it can ensure the tiptop cutoff frequency, the least scattered grains and the most prominent quality.

Working Process:

The homogenizer on main shaft makes the material with high centrifugal speed. By strong cutting off force as well as the impact and turbulence from high shear wheel and cutting case, the material turns to particles of 200nm-2um at the cutting interstices and will disperse within a short time.

Features:

The mixer adopts moveable installation with manual/hydraulic lift mechanism which is easy to operate. The mixer costs you less but makes big profits and is suitable for a variety of materials. It can be used both separately and in combination with other equipments. Those parts which will contact with the material are made of stainless steel to prevent the mixer from being corroded by erosion materials. With the seal sleeve on the main shaft, the mixer is capable of working in vacuum while it is cooled by cooling water.
