1. Introduction
This machine is one of multi function fine emulsifying and rubbing machine series.It combine of emulsifier and colloid rubber,with self-absorption and defoaming capacity.
It provides a solution for producing colloid or the high viscosity material which requests high effect of emulsifying and rubbing.
The machine can be used alone,or used with the emulsifying machine and planetary mixer.
2. Feature
The linear of the machine can get up to 21m/s .The rubbing module is compsed by a 3-stage adjusting cone shaped stator and 4-stage adjusting cone shaped rotor.It achieve a high speed and high shear mixing.
The interval of clearance can be adjusted from 0.01mm to 2mm.
The groove of stators and rotors are more and more delicate by steps.
The different depth and direction of mixing and rubbing increase flow of material.
3.Process
When the material goes through , it forms strong pressing,cutting ,emulsifying,crushing,mixing,dispersing and rubbing
There is circular water outside cone shaped stator ,outlet cavity and sealing parts.
4.Usage
Food Industry: Butter, jam, dairy products, vegetable protein, animal protein and a variety of
food and beverages.
Chemical:Paints, pigments, dyes, paints, adhesives, detergents, synthetic leather, leather
and so on.
Household Chemicals: Toothpaste, detergents, shoe polish, senior cosmetics.
Pharmaceutical: Syrup, nutrition, fluid, Chinese patent medicines, paste pharmaceutical,
biological products, cod liver oil, all kinds of creams and so on.
